Hello, I’m Michael.

As the first point of contact for clients of Summit, I process investment business from inception to completion, acting as the bridge between clients and various investment custodians. Driven by empathy and a genuine desire to serve, I put myself in my clients' shoes to provide the highest level of service. I bring several years of customer service experience to my role at Summit. I previously worked in social work and hospitality before discovering my interest in business. Currently, I'm pursuing a degree in Business Operations, Applications, and Technology (BOAT) from Ivy Tech, combining my studies with hands-on experience to ensure smooth and efficient client experiences.

My Approach + Philosophy

My job is to put myself in the client's shoes and act as I would want an advising firm to act or correspond with me. By viewing each situation from the client's perspective, I strive to offer the highest level of service, empathy, and communication, ensuring that every interaction feels personal, respectful, and tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Life Outside of Work

My hobbies include running, spending time with close friends, attending game nights, and continuing my education. I’m also an avid movie buff.
